Skincare Returns

If a skincare product is not the right fit for you, we are happy to help.

• Skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase
• Products must be at least 75% full
• Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only

Our team is always happy to review how the product was being used and help find a better alternative if needed.

Makeup Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened makeup products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unopened makeup products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Gift Purchases

Items purchased as gifts may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days, provided they meet the above return conditions.
