Late Cancellation/ No Show Policy
We hate to do it but….
At Naked Yeti, we strive to provide exceptional personal service to our clients. Therefore, no-shows and late cancellations impact our business significantly. Providers still have to be paid their hourly wages, they lose out on their commission and other clients lose on the opportunity to receive a service. It’s a sad time:(
To provide you with the best service possible, we request 24 hours notice of appointment change. Please review the following protocol:
First No Show/Late Cancellation – Freebee…life happens.
Second No Show/Late Cancellation – Full cost of missed appointment will be charged.
