Late Cancellation/ No Show Policy

We hate to do it but….

At Naked Yeti, we strive to provide exceptional personal service to our clients. Therefore, no-shows and late cancellations impact our business significantly. Our small business still has to pay hourly wages, providers lose out on commission for that space, and other clients lose out on the opportunity to receive a service. It’s a sad time:(

To provide you with the best service possible, we request 24 hours notice of appointment change. Please review the following protocol:

First No Show/Late Cancellation – Freebee…life happens.

Second No Show/Late Cancellation – A fee of $25 or 50% of the missed service cost may be charged (whichever is higher).

Third and Subsequent Instances: The full cost of the missed service may be charged.
